Join us in Church Street Park for an hour long yoga class taught by a Downtown YMCA Instructor! This class is designed to integrate the body, mind and spirit. Using a variety of classic yoga poses combined with breathing, you will strengthen and tone your body while increasing flexibility and reducing stress.

PLEASE NOTE: For afternoon classes, please bring sunscreen, a towel (for your yoga mat) & water to stay hydrated!
