This beloved corridor of downtown (from Broadway to Union Street) has a rich history. With buildings that still stand since the early 1800s, the street has survived a fire (1985) and a bomb (2020). Today, reconstruction of the public streetscape is underway for a reimagined district, Nashvillians and visitors alike are invited celebrate historic 2nd Avenue and support local businesses.
