In the heart of Germantown, Bexley Stockyards has renovated the 100-year-old Nashville-Union Stockyards building with a new sense of tradition: community, charm, and that electric artisan feel. An additional 6,000 square-feet of the original building will be updated to hold project amenities such a lounge area in the refurbished entry rotunda, a pool and cabana entertainment deck, fitness rooms, pet and bike facilities, and a “new take on the so-called Bullpen Lounge, which will include a bar area and vintage arcade games. The project’s new build component will rise five floors and include the leasing office and a Skydeck suite with views of First Tennessee Park. The two buildings of Bexley Stockyards will be connected by a pedestrian bridge. Houston-based Meeks + Partners is handling the design of the new build.
