Details
Lofts at the Exchange is a redevelopment of the historic Nashville Banner Building and the Exchange Building located at the corner of Church Street and Printers Alley. Dating back to 1874, the 5-story Banner Building originally housed The Union and American, the predecessor of the Tennessean, and later the Nashville Banner newspaper. Combined with the adjoining 1950's style Exchange Building, the development features exposed ductwork, modern design and direct access to covered parking. Individually owned.
