Nashville’s Downtown Home Tour is Back After a Two-Year Hiatus
Nashville, Tenn. - The Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Annual Downtown Home Tour is back for its 17th year and will feature a number of luxury living facilities in downtown Nashville on Sunday, May 1 from 12 PM - 5 PM.
The self-guided tour will showcase a variety of properties and their amenities, including rental options, for sale options, and private residences throughout Nashville’s urban core. The ticketed event provides an exclusive look into the city’s rapidly evolving downtown neighborhoods and brings in a variety of attendees: from real estate agents and design professionals to prospective buyers/renters and curious locals.
“The Downtown Home Tour has something for everyone. It’s truly a unique opportunity to explore exceptional living options, and we hope it gives those interested in learning more about downtown living a better perspective," said Tamara Dickson, VP of Economic Development of the Nashville Downtown
Partnership.
With a $15 ticket, guests can browse properties in multiple downtown neighborhoods, including the Downtown Core, Sobro, and The Gulch. Details about specific locations will be released closer to the tour date.
The 17th Annual Downtown Home Tour is a fun way to experience what more than 15,000 residents love about living in Nashville’s center city. Organized by the Nashville Downtown Partnership, the Home Tour will be supported by associate sponsors 805 Lea and Harlowe, magazine sponsor Nashville Lifestyles, and Parking sponsor SP Plus Parking.
